Demi Lovato Celebrated Their 29th Birthday in a White See-Through Swimsuit

Demi Lovato rang in their 29th birthday in style — and in paradise.

On Monday, the singer shared photos from their birthday getaway to the Maldives, showing off their chic white see-through swimsuit. The classic Frankies Bikinis one-piece featured a racerback neckline and high cuts along the bottom. In the photos and videos, Lovato could be seen lounging on the beach and diving into a pool during the enviable vacation.

Lovato, who turned 29 on August 20th, recently opened up about their gender identity and their journey of coming out as nonbinary.

"Being nonbinary, what that means ... is that I'm so much more than the binary of man and woman," they said during the 19th Represents Summit last week. "And that we are all so much more if we allow ourselves the ability to look within ourselves and challenge that binary that we've grown up living in."

In May, the singer came out as non-binary on their podcast, 4D with Demi Lovato.

"Over the past year-and-a-half, I've been doing some healing and self-reflective work," Lovato said at the time. "And through this work, I've had the revelation that I identify as non-binary. With that said, I'll be officially changing my pronouns to they/them. I feel that this best represents the fluidity I feel in my gender expression and allows me to feel most authentic and true to the person I both know I am, and am still discovering."
