Margot Robbie is busy. Like six projects in the IMDb pipeline busy. And with high-profile acting jobs comes high-profile hair changes — a woman who's played both Harley Quinn and Queen Elizabeth I knows that all too well.
On Sunday, the I, Tonya star arrived on the set of Damien Chazelle's star-studded Babylon, her usually blonde locks transformed into coppery red curls. Wig? Maybe. Aspirational style? Definitely.
Robbie, who's rumored to have taken on the role of silent film star Clara Bow, relaxed between takes in a satin robe, an iced coffee in hand and vintage lace-up leather boots on her feet.
Babylon's ensemble cast is, well, stacked. In addition to Robbie's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-star Brad Pitt, the actress is joined onscreen by Samara Weaving, Olivia Wilde, Jean Smart, Max Minghella, Tobey Maguire, and Katherine Waterston, among others. Robbie boarded the project after Emma Stone exited late last year due to a reported scheduling conflict.
This is hardly the first time Robbie has gone red. The Chanel ambassador adopted Queen Elizabeth I's vivid hue for Mary Queen of Scots and she experimented with a golden-red color in 2014.
