Elle Fanning Keeps Crown, Remains Queen of Pajama Dressing

Welcome to "Who Won Fashion Today," where we award the boldest, best dressed person of the day. Winning fashion doesn't necessarily mean you're wearing the most expensive, trendiest, or prettiest dress. Rather, we reward risk-takers—those that stay true to their personal style and make us go, "Now THAT is a LEWK."

We independently evaluate all recommended products and services. If you click on links we provide, we may receive compensation. Learn more.

There’s no one who loves a print more than Elle Fanning. Thanks to her superstar stylist Samantha McMillen, Fanning has taken risks in Dolce & Gabbana floral/puppy prints, gone glam in pretty florals c/o Christian Dior Haute Couture, and dressed up like the unicorn she is in a Vivienne Westwood hand-painted gown.

She’s also a pajama-in-public wearer, which we adore. What do you get when mix public PJs and prints? If you ask me, you get sartorial brilliance (as seen earlier this summer by one Ms. Selena Gomez and earlier this week by one Ms. Victoria Beckham.)

Yesterday in New York, while doing press for one of the 1,035,234 projects she’s been working on, Fanning wore a Miu Miu jumpsuit from my dreams (also known as the Resort 2018 collection). The look had adorable Yoshitomo Nara-esque illustrations all over in the most lovely pastel tones a gal could ask for. Blondes wearing yellow. Swoon.

To offset the cuteness of the outfit, she opted for a sexy, race-car inspired shoe: patent leather, bright, and delightfully mismatched. Win.
