Jenna Ortega Wore a Sheer Shirt With a Skirt You Probably Already Own

Jenna Ortega is taking her signature Wednesday style to Paris Fashion Week. For her latest appearance, which saw her taking in the latest collection from Christian Dior at the Jardin des Tuileries, the actress paired a sheer shirt with some school uniform staples, like a fitted blazer and a pleated skirt. However, the skirt wasn't your usual parochial school staple or even a tennis-inspired mini.

Instead, Ortega's outfit included a long micro-pleated midi that hit just above her ankles. It was the perfect length to show off her lace-up boots, and it also happens to be a style of skirt that you may have hanging in your closet — after all, whether you opted for one in a shimmering lamé or something more somber like Ortega's, it was (and is)  the skirt to have.

Ortega finished her look with her fringe, a peachy-pink lip color, and a selection of shimmering necklaces that cascaded over her sheer top. She carried one of Dior's signature oblique-print bags to the fashion show, as well. She joined Dior ambassadors Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lawrence, who both wore white blouses to the show, and Blackpink's Jisoo, who wore an all-black blazer dress.

The actress made news a few weeks ago when rumors started to swirl about a budding relationship with Johnny Depp. “I can’t even laugh,” she wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post addressing the rumors, according to Page Six. “I have never met or worked with Johnny Depp in my life. “Please stop spreading lies and leave us alone.”

The stranger-than-fiction accusation came after gossip account DeuxMoi reported that the two were spotted together. The rumor could have stemmed from Beetlejuice 2, which Ortega was filming before the SAG-AFTRA strike.
