Jennifer Lopez Exposed Her Gold Underwear Beneath Her Sheer Gold Gucci Gown

Whether she's reinventing the LBD in a sheer Tom Ford cutout gown or combining rhinestones, a unitard, and a ruffled train into a single gown, Jennifer Lopez knows how to make a statement on the red carpet. And her look at last night's 2023 LACMA Art + Film gala was no different. 

For a night at the museum in Los Angeles, J.Lo pulled out all the sartorial stops with a sheer gold Gucci gown that featured a thigh-high slit, an underboob-baring bodice cutout, and a see-through sparkly lace skirt. Beneath the dress, a pair of high-waisted, high-cut gold underwear were visible, as were her nude pointed-toe platform heels. She accessorized with a champagne-colored envelope clutch, a tourmaline-and-diamond statement necklace, and dangling jewel earrings. Lopez's signature caramel-highlighted hair was worn down in bombshell waves with a middle part, and she finished off her glam with glossy lips and a smoky eye. 

Joining J.Lo on the red carpet was her husband, Ben Affleck, who suited up in a black Gucci tux, bowtie, and boots. 

The couple were just two of many A-listers in attendance at this year's gala, in which Gucci presented its first eveningwear collection Gucci Ancora Notte, designed by Sabato De Sarno. Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Billie Eilish, Jessica Chastain, Salma Hayek, and more showed up to the annual star-studded event that's co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio. But arguably, Bennifer won best-dressed.
