Kylie Jenner's New Haircut Rivals Her Mom Kris Jenner's Signature Pixie

Kylie Jenner's new beauty muse? Her mom, Kris Jenner. 

On Friday, the reality star debuted a dramatic hair transformation that was seemingly inspired by her mom's iconic pixie cut. Nodding to the similarities between their two hairstyles, Kylie captioned a sun-drenched selfie of her freshly-shorn raven locks on Instagram, writing: "Kris Jenner is quaking." 

In the snap, the beauty mogul styled her brand-new baby bob in tousled curls that fell across her face and flipped out at the nape of her neck. Kris, however, wasn't concerned in the least about her daughter copying her look and replied with a cheeky response. "You're not even the fart," she wrote, referencing the viral Ice Spice song that goes, "Think you the sh*t, bitch? You not even the fart.”

Jenner shared another photo of her bob-pixie hybrid while modeling a low-rise black skirt with a matching ruffled crop top. This time, the caption was much less controversial with two heart-hand emojis. 

It's unclear whether Kylie actually cut off all of her hair, or if the short style is the result of a very good wig. Either way, it marks her second major hair change of the year — and it's only February. Last month, Jenner made a brief return to her King Kylie era with bubblegum pink hair. She showed off her new dye job with several photos on Instagram, teasing in the caption: "hiiiii remember me."
