It's hard to believe Mandy Moore, who rings in her 31st birthday today, kicked off her career as a pop star at 15-years-old---after all, it's fair to say most of us associate the brunette beauty with film, following her roles in fan favorites, A Walk to Remember, How to Deal, Saved!, and Tangled, as well as venturing into the TV realm with stints on Grey's Anatomy, Entourage, and most recently, on ABC's Red Band Society.
