David and Victoria Beckham Wish Eldest Son Brooklyn a Happy 17th Birthday in Heartfelt Messages

They grow up so fast! Victoria and David Beckham's son Brooklyn turns 17 today, and his parents couldn't be prouder of their eldest child—and not just because he's well on his way to becoming famous in his own right. True to form, Posh and Becks took to Instagram to wish their handsome offspring the happiest of birthdays.

"17 years ago today this little man came into this world and changed our lives in so many ways ... We were given the most precious gift that makes us smile and proud every time he walks through the door... Not so little anymore but look at the smile," his soccer star dad gushed alongside a throwback photo (below) of the two of them together. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUST @brooklynbeckham @victoriabeckham"

Mom Victoria also joined in on the public praise, sharing a close-up black-and-white snap of a smiling young Brooklyn. "Happy Birthday beautiful boy. We are so proud and love you so much Can't believe baby Brooklyn is 17 today X @brooklynbeckham @davidbeckham X vb" she captioned the post.

The former Spice Girl followed up the nostalgic photo with a current day pic of her with her arms wrapped around her son's shoulders. "Birthday kisses X @brooklynbeckham @davidbeckham X VB X" she wrote captioned the snap.
