In addition to being an actress, wife, and working mom, Jessica Biel is also a restaurateur. The 36-year-old star and American Express ambassador owns and operates the kid-friendly Au Fudge in L.A, so she has plenty of experience in the food world. And when she allows herself a cheat day, it’s go big or go home.
“A big cheat day in my world is very full on. When I’m going for it, I’m going for it. I’m going to have a million cups of coffee in the morning and then it’s going to be wine for lunch, pasta for lunch. There’s going to be another aperitif after lunch and a dessert and then probably more coffee,” she tells InStyle in the video at top.
It doesn't end there. “And then a dinner that’s going to last for a million hours that’s just pasta, pasta, pasta, maybe an affogato, maybe another pasta. A lot of wine. More after-dinner drinks. Just really go for it,” she adds.
Basically, Biel doesn't mess around when it comes to her Italian food.
Tthat's not the only relatable tale Biel has to tell. The working mom and wife to Justin Timberlake shared that motherhood helped her connect to women on a whole new level.
“Everyone has that moment where, you know, your kid bites the kid at the party, which just happened to me. And everybody knows what that’s like. So it doesn’t matter where you’re from or how old you are or what you believe in, you can connect on that level,” she says.
