Princess Eugenie’s husband-to-be, Jack Brooksbank, is what you’d call a Jack of all trades.
While Eugenie’s busy with her, er, Princess-ery, Jack’s been perfecting his side hustle. Like his fiancée, Mr. Brooksbank has some family money — after all, he does descend from Viscounts (a noble rank sandwiched between earldom and baron) — but unlike his bride, Jack doesn’t have a title, so his career is more of a necessity than a hobby. In fact, the entrepreneurial lad has many a gig — one of which involves Prince Harry’s good pal George Clooney.
Brooksbank began his career as a waiter before landing a managerial position at a Chelsea nightclub. In 2016, Jack became the UK ambassador to Casamigos Tequila, formerly owned by founders George Clooney, Rande Gerber (husband of Cindy Crawford), and Mike Meldman. It’s expected that Brooksbank earns around $60,000 per year for his work with Casamigos, but that’s only one slice of the pie. Jack also has his own wine merchant business, Jack Brooksbank Ltd, which reportedly made him £14,390 in its first year (2016).
It’s unclear exactly what Brooksbank has tucked away, but suffice to say that, in addition to his future wife’s $4.8 million net worth, he and Eugenie will be just fine.
