I’m a Spanx Fanatic, and I’m Restocking My Fave Butt-Flattering Pants While They’re on Sale

I’m frugal AF — that's one thing you should absolutely know about me before you read any further. I won’t spend my money on just anything, and I recently learned some helpful shopping tricks about mindful purchases from fashion psychologist Shakaila Forbes-Bell that’re going to save me even more money. That said, there’s one brand I will gladly spend all my money on — not only because the prices are oftentimes so good, I feel like the smartest shopper in the word, but also because I wholeheartedly swear by its clothing, even though it started as a shapewear brand.

If you said, “Eva, you’re talking about Spanx, aren’t you?” you are, in fact, correct. I’m about to wax poetic about the brand yet again, as I think it's vastly underrated and offers clothes that easily rival designer. Yes, I’m serious, and yes, I’d argue with anyone on that topic. And you know why? Because the Spanx pants I own (and I have many) have lasted me longer than ones I spent upwards of hundreds of dollars on. They wash better, they wear better, and they last longer — and that, to me, are all essentials in a really good fashion purchase. Every time a Spanx sale rolls around, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. The shock kicks in; then comes the excitement, and then comes that indescribable feeling of having endless possibilities of what to do with my new purchases, which, in this case, means putting together so many outfits. The brand’s Presidents Day sale is chock-full of more than 100 worthwhile finds, but there are a few that I think you absolutely should not sleep on, starting with my go-to butt-flattering pants that look like high-end trousers but feel like sweatpants. 

I know I’ve written about the Perfect Pants many times, but trust me when I say, it’s simply impossible to get sick of them.
