Dua Lipa stans, prepare to be fed. After completely wiping her socials last month in anticipation of her next musical era, Lipa continued to give fans what they want on Tuesday by posting a handful of the behind-the-scenes looks at her next album’s creation — including the stellar fashion that went into it.
Earlier today, Dua shared a roundup of photos with her 88.6 million Instagram followers to both tease the release of her upcoming single, “Houdini,” and show off some stylish OOTDs. While the first snap in Lipa’s dump saw her posing in casual recording studio garb comprised of a baggy black T-shirt and matching sweatpants, it was her sexy sheer catsuit in the post’s second slide that really caught our eye.
In the snap, the A-lister sprawled out on a couch alongside her collaborator Danny L. Harle while wearing a ‘70s-inspired black velvet catsuit complete with long sleeves, pantaboot-style legs, and dozens of squiggly, sheer cutouts. Strips of opaque black fabric covered Lipa’s chest and pelvis, and she accessorized the look with nothing but a silver pinky ring and a notebook (presumably full of song lyrics for her new album). As for glam, Dua pulled her brunette hair back into a slicked-back updo and kept her makeup to a minimum with a bright complexion and bold brows.
“HOUDINI - 2 DAYS 🔐,” she aptly captioned the dump.
While Lipa’s hair may have been back to its natural color in dump, her post comes just days after she debuted a head of red locks when sharing the promotional art for the single.
In a separate post shared on Sunday, the singer posed in red stockings, white underwear, and a red, white, and blue top while showing off her newly dyed red hair.
“I’m putting on three surprise launch events for Houdini in London, Los Angeles, and Tokyo,” Dua captioned the dump. “The first one’s going to be in my hometown, London, this Thursday!!! 🫀🫀🫀 I’m going to be inviting down some of my fans from the U.K. and around Europe, so keep your eyes peeled 🔐”
