Who could forget Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's iconic performance of "Shallow" at the 2019 Oscars? The passionate moment soon led to speculation that real sparks were flying between the on-screen couple (the duo starred together in A Star Is Born). Well, Gaga is proving, once again, that the two created a bond that will last a lifetime. On Tuesday, the Grammy winner supported her former co-star’s Golden Globe-nominated film Maestro at the premiere in Los Angeles.

Reuniting on the red carpet for the first time in four years, Gaga posed with Cooper and his Maestro co-star, Carey Mulligan. For the surprise appearance, Gaga donned a sleek, black two-piece Alexander McQueen suit, which featured a plunging blazer adorned with silver sequins and flared trousers. Keeping the accessories to a minimum, she teamed her power suit with a black clutch and simple diamond stud earrings.

She styled her chin-grazing platinum blonde bob in Old Hollywood finger curls while rosy cheeks and glossy pink lips rounded out her look. As for Cooper’s part, he looked dapper as usual in a three-piece navy blue suit by Louis Vuitton paired with black dress shoes. Meanwhile, Mulligan opted for a jaw-dropping off-the-shoulder blue sequined Celine gown, which she accessorized with Bulgari jewelry.

At one point on the carpet, Gaga posed with Cooper’s 6-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine (whom he shares with ex Irina Shayk).

Gaga and Cooper starred in the 2018 movie A Star Is Born, where the two played musicians who fell in love with each other. Their intimate moments on and off the screen had fans convinced their love story existed in real life. However, the two confirmed in interviews that it was all just a performance.

"I mean, we made a love story,” she told Oprah in an Elle interview. “For me, as a performer and as an actress, of course, we wanted people to believe that we were in love. And we wanted people to feel that love at the Oscars. We wanted it to go right through the lens of that camera and to every television that it was being watched on. And we worked hard on it. We worked for days."
