One of the only things better than a celebrity couple painting the town red is a set of celeb siblings celebrating a major milestone. Last night, our favorite sister duo, Elle and Dakota Fanning, attended the launch of Sofia Coppola Archive: 1999-2023, the very first book from famed director Sofia Coppola. For the book's release, Chanel hosted an intimate dinner at Los Angeles's iconic Chateau Marmont and, naturally, the brand's besties showed up (and showed out) to toast woman of the night.
The Fannings arrived in coordinating black outfits, with Elle wearing a beaded and fringed, shimmering black bolero with medium-wash jeans. As for her sister Dakota, she wore a pair of black leather shorts and one of the brand's signature tweed blazers with no top underneath. They both had their hair pulled back and Elle finished her look with a set of bright red nails.
Other guests in attendance included Kristen Stewart, who also arrived in black leather shorts. KStew paired hers with a matching black trucker-style jacket as well as a pair of chunky black loafers with Chanel's CC logo. She finished her all-black ensemble with a chain headband and a set of shaggy bangs.
Dylan Meyer, Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Priscilla Presley, Maya Rudolph, Anjelica Huston, Awkwafina, and Paris Hilton were also on hand (and many of them wore their best Chanel). Coppola is a long-standing artistic collaborator for Chanel and has worked with the storied French brand on various campaigns.
