Eva Mendes thinks Ryan Gosling is Kenough and deserving of his Critics Choice Award for "I'm Just Ken." The actress had the best response to Gosling's hilarious, confused reaction when the '80s power ballad from Barbie was announced as Best Song.

Over the weekend, the actor attended the annual awards show alongside his collaborator Mark Ronson and director Greta Gerwig, where he and Ronson took home the award for Best Song. But, it was Gosling's response that took the internet by storm: once hearing the name of the song, Gosling looked around, appearing bewildered. The hilarious moment has since become a viral GIF.

Mendes showed support to her partner (maybe husband?) by sharing the clip to her Instagram writing, "I LOVE HIM!!!!" (Same girl.)

The private couple is known for keeping their relationship under wraps, and they rarely attend events together. However, the two always find a way to show each other support. Over the weekend, Gosling even gave Mendes the sweetest shoutout when accepting the Kirk Douglas Award for Excellence in Film at the  Santa Barbara International Film Festival. During his speech, the Barbie star called his wife "the girl of my dreams."

“Most importantly, I got to meet the girl of my dreams, Eva Mendes, and have two dream children," he said before adding, “I dreamed one day of making movies, and now, movies have made my life a dream."

Gosling also went stag to the 2024 Golden Globes, where Barbie took home the new Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award.

Gosling and Mendes first met on the set of The Place Beyond the Pines in 2011 and began dating shortly after. They also share two daughters together, Esmeralda, 9, and Amada, 7.
