Wherever Kate Middleton goes, a Princess pantsuit or a tweed blazer seems to follow, but for her latest look, Kate switched up her usual outfit formula with a quintessential layering piece that everyone should add to their autumn capsule wardrobe: a sweatervest.
On Wednesday, the Princess of Wales visited the Vsi Razom Community Hub in Bracknell, England, while wearing a gray mock-neck sweater vest layered over a white collared blouse with the collar. For her bottoms, she sported a coordinating pair of coordinated heather gray wool trousers. She further leaned into the business casual groufit aesthetic with chunky-heeled glen plaid pumps adorned with black tassels.
She skipped the major accessories and wore only a pair of dainty pearl hoop earrings and a silver timepiece as she styled her brunette hair with soft curls and face-framing bangs. As for her glam, she opted for a light and simple makeup look with rosy cheeks and a pink lip.
The Princess of Wales visited the organization to celebrate the one-year anniversary since the hub opened its doors to welcome and aid refugees who fled Ukraine after Russia seized the country in Feb. 2022. During her visit, she witnessed the work they've done amid this ongoing conflict and lent a hand by packing boxes with emergency donations. Leaving a touching note for Ukraine, she penned, “We are all thinking of you" on one of the cardboard packages.
