Does Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s newborn son look just as cute as their two-year-old daughter Luna? That’s likely—and fans of the family of four may not have to wait long to catch a glimpse of the baby.
This week the couple welcomed a baby boy, their second child together, and took to Twitter to share the news.
As with Luna, we expect Teigen and Legend to chronicle their son’s milestones on social media, splashing funny Snapchat filters on his face by day, and sharing sleeping shots of the tot by night. But when, exactly, will we get to see the little guy’s full face?
Let’s get analytical.
Luna was born on Apr. 14 in 2016, and Teigen and Legend waited three days to tell us, introducing her full name, Luna Simone Stephens, plus a photo of her birth stats.
On Apr. 19, we finally got a first look of Luna after Teigen posted a pic holding her, calling her “lulu.” Teigen’s mom also got to cuddle with the baby girl on that date.
They kept it coy those first few days, until Legend went rogue and finally offered a look at Luna’s face, which he shared on Apr. 20, a full six days after her birth, three days after Teigen confirmed she gave birth.
From then on, the floodgates were open, and we haven’t stopped getting Luna updates since.
In sum, we think that based on their decisions with Luna, it’ll be approximately six days until we get to see their baby boy’s full face. Considering the criticism new celebrity parents often get for doing anything, we give them props for being so open.
