My love language is gifting, so as you can imagine, Valentine’s Day is momentous for me. I don’t really believe it in the purely romantic sense. I take it as an opportunity to celebrate all of the people and relationships I hold dear. Life is too short and we don’t tell the people around us how much they mean often enough. That’s why I’ve curated a list of items (24, to be exact), that I am either giving or hoping I’m gifted (a very not subtle hint to the people in my life).

These gifts work for family, friends, lovers, and anyone else who could use assurance that they are valued and cared for. Everything here is superfluous and fun — no one is in dire need of an acrylic heart-shaped bag, French thermal water, or a hotel-grade robe, but boy will it improve their standard of living.

Santa Maria Novella Melograno Terracotta Room Diffuser

Fwrd SANTA MARIA NOVELLA Melograno

Fwrd

Buy Now $75

I have been obsessed with the 800-year-old brand Santa Maria Novella for more than a decade. I love the quality and the rich history of a brand founded by monks in Florence before the onset of the plague. My favorite of its products to gift is the pomegranate room diffuser. The terracotta exterior is soaked in fragrance which is released slowly over time. Everyone I’ve ever gifted it to has been so thrilled and surprised by the product. Another testament to its fabulousness? It kept selling out after I included it in my holiday gift roundup. Do yourself a favor and shop it now before history repeats itself.

Kopari Hyaluronic Hydration Body Set

Kopari HYALURONIC HYDRATION BODY SET

Kopari

Buy Now $99 $77

Everyone could use some extra hydration right now. I am a beauty editor with a world of products at my fingertips, but my body is still not as soft and moisturized as I would like it to be. Kopari’s Hyaluronic Hydration Body Set is therefore the perfect gift. It comes with a full-size bottle of its new Golden Aura Body Oil (which already has almost 200 five-star reviews), a full-size tub of its Ultra Restore Body Butter (a shopper-favorite), and a cute checkered knit tote.

Both products are formulated with hyaluronic acid, squalane, and coconut oil. The trifecta draws and locks in moisture, promotes elasticity, reduces crepeness, and moisturizes and softens skin. Plus, the 24-karat gold in the Golden Aura Body Oil is a luxurious touch during a holiday associated with precious metals and opulence.

Glo Skin Beauty Hydra-Bright AHA Glow Peel Kit

Glo Skin Beauty Hydra-Bright AHA Glow Peel 1 kit

Dermstore

Buy Now $70

Glo Skin Beauty’s Hydra-Bright AHA Glow Peel Kit is one of those products you didn’t know you were missing until you tried it. Everyone I’ve ever bought this for (or recommended it to) has sent me paragraphs of praise. The products deliver brighter, fresher, and younger-looking skin without the fuss of an in-office treatment.

The appeal is obvious — an at-home alternative to time-consuming professional chemical peels at a fraction of the price. That initial draw wouldn’t mean much if the product wasn’t effective, but I can testify that it sure is. The kit comes with the brand’s Hydra-Bright AHA Cleanser, Peel Prep, Hydra-Bright Pro 5 Liquid Exfoliant (a personal favorite of mine), Hydra-Bright AHA Glow Peel, Peel Neutralizer, Barrier Balm, Hydra-Bright Alpha Arbutin Drops, and all of the cotton, gauze, and other applicators you need.
