Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Are "Loving Life" With Their Two Kids Archie and Lilibet

When they're not spreading awareness about mental health or attending the Invictus Games, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoy the simple life at home in Montecito, Calif., with their kids. In this week's print issue of People, a close friend of the former royals tells the outlet that the couple is “loving life as parents of two."

“Meghan is the best mom, and Harry is always on the floor playing with the kids," the insider shared. "They are still such a team."

Last week, the couple hosted their first-ever Archewell event in honor of World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10. During The Archewell Foundation Parents’ Summit: Mental Wellness in the Digital Age, the duo spoke about being parents and the effects that the digital world can have on the mental wellbeing of young kids. Meghan told the audience that being a mother was the "most important thing in [her] entire life."

"Outside, of course, being a wife to this one,” Meghan joked during the panel motioning to Harry. “I feel fortunate that our children are quite young, so this isn’t in our immediate future, but I also feel frightened by how it’s continuing to change and this will be in front of us.”

“I think for us, with kids growing up in a digital age, the priority is to turn pain into purpose and provide as much support as well as a spotlight and a platform for parents,” Harry added.

After spending time in New York City for the foundation's first in-person soirée, the couple jetted off to Canouan in the Caribbean for an intimate getaway. In images obtained by the Daily Mail, the husband-and-wife duo were spotted holding hands after perusing a gourmet food market at the Sandy Lane Yacht Club and Marina in Glossy Bay, according to a passerby's account.
